The Sunrise Center is a 12,500 building that is located at 18901 E Burnside St in Gresham. In 2014 we, in partnership with Multnomah County, conducted a formal listening exercise Rockwood Speaks! to determine what our neighbors want to see change in order to make life in Rockwood better. The #1 felt need was for a community center, and also high on the list were jobs in Rockwood.

$100/hour Friday or Saturday nights; not available Sundays. Available most weekday evenings, $100/hr (discounts available for non-profit use). Plus Security Deposit of $20/hr.
4×4 cubicles $260/ monthly business rate. Small meetings rooms for 10 or 20, see rate sheet.
$20/hr neighborhood rate. Incubation business rate opportunities based on age, size and location of business.
