Once again, no relief for Rockwood

The Oregonian’s article on OHA Relief funding:
By his calculations, a total of $177 million has been distributed statewide. (That does not include the $62 million for Black Oregonians in the Oregon Cares Fund, which faces a legal challenge.)
Portland-based nonprofits have received $107.5 million. The nonprofits in Gresham, Troutdale, Wood Village, Fairview and the rest of East Multnomah County? $3.64 million.
